Kimchi Nabe- キムチ鍋


I couldn’t decide what to cook for dinner tonight so I look into my favourite website for idea and found this dish – Kimchi Nabe. I happened to have some left over mushroom, napa cabbage and kimchi in hand so I decided to try it. I need to stop by the Japanese market to get some meat, shrimps, and scallops. I used the chicken stock that I had. It just took about 39 minutes to out everything together! The dish turned out great. It was very savory and warm. It is a perfect dish for a cold day or for a day that you didn’t feel like eating, this hot pot will give you some appetizer.
