If you ever had Tteokbokki – Korean spicy rice cake, you would know that it wouldn’t taste good when reheat using the micro oven or on the stovetop. I happened to have some leftover from the dinner last night so I brought it and a Peeking duck bun to work for lunch.
20 minutes before lunch, I plugged the ELB in and let it reheat my foods. The Tteokbokki turned out nicely, just like freshly cooked. The bun was also soft and steamy. I was very happy with this reaheating method.
